2Purpose of Collection and Use

Providing and operating the Service (electronic approval, attendance/leave management, HR document management)

3Retention Period

Personal information is retained for the duration of the service agreement. After cancellation:

Grace period (30 days): Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
After grace period: All personal information and data is permanently deleted.

Certain information may be retained longer if required by applicable law.

4Third-Party Disclosure

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:

When the user has given prior consent
When required by law or by lawful request from law enforcement agencies

8Automatically Collected Information

During use of the Service, the following may be collected automatically: IP address, cookies, session data, and browser information. This data is used solely for security and session management purposes and is not shared externally.

Session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

9Security Measures for Personal Data

The Company implements the following technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect users' personal data from loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:

Technical Measures: Application of SSL/TLS encrypted communication, encrypted storage of key personal data, access control, and unauthorized access prevention systems.
Administrative Measures: Minimizing staff handling personal data, conducting regular security training, and complying with internal management security rules.
Physical Measures: Physical and logical access controls for data storage servers and system facilities.
