5Pricing Policy

Base rate: 1,000원 per active employee account (부가세 별도)

Fee Calculation Basis: The usage fee for the current month is charged based on the number of normally usable active accounts.

Billing Exclusions and Exceptions: Read-only accounts are excluded from billing. However, even if it is a read-only account, if there is a record of logging in as an active account at least once during the month, it is included in the billing target for that month.

Service Suspension: If a Corporate Member requests a temporary suspension of the service, the fee for that period will be pro-rated on a daily basis.

Billing and Tax Invoices: Fees are settled at the end of each month based on the aggregated monthly total. The Company does not send a separate physical invoice; it is substituted by an electronic tax invoice marked as 'charge' sent to the registered email address. However, the settlement schedule and billing method may be subject to change depending on the Company's circumstances.

⑤ Tax invoices are issued and billing matters are handled according to separate customer instructions.

6Service Restriction and Termination

① Users may request termination of the service agreement at any time via the "Contact Us" menu. The Company will proceed with the termination process after a 1-month grace period upon verifying the legitimate authority of the requesting account, and may make additional inquiries or provide related information to the applicant if necessary.

② The Company may restrict service use or terminate the agreement without prior notice if the member:

③ The Company is not obligated to provide any notice, explanation, or respond to member objections regarding the service restriction and contract termination measures taken under Paragraph ②.

7Data Management Policy and Protection Principles

① The data of a read-only account is preserved during the service period. However, the responsibility for managing such accounts, such as changing passwords to prevent unauthorized access to read-only accounts, lies with the member.

② When requesting a temporary service suspension, existing data is preserved for the maximum allowable suspension period (3 months).

③ When requesting service cancellation, existing data will be destroyed after a 30-day (1-month) grace period.

④ After the grace period ends, all data of the Corporate Member (including attachments) is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

⑤ Deleted data cannot be restored under any circumstances. Therefore, the Corporate Member must personally back up necessary data before requesting cancellation. The Company is not responsible for any data loss that occurs after the cancellation request.

⑥ The Company may provide a minimal amount of member data to investigative or related agencies only when there is legally binding authority, such as a search and seizure warrant issued by a judge in accordance with relevant laws, and within the scope permitted by such laws. The Company will not provide member data in response to arbitrary requests for investigative cooperation or data submission that lack legal binding force.

⑦ The Company is under no obligation to provide separate restoration or compensation for data loss or service disruption caused by reasons attributable to the member, such as negligent account management, lack of familiarity with the service, mistakes, or operational errors, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

8Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the software, design, logos, text, and other content comprising the Service belong to the Company. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Company.

9Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

① The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, climate change, war, cyber terrorism, external telecommunications paralysis, and third-party cloud infrastructure failures.

② The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from service disruptions caused by external factors that are difficult to control, such as illegal system intrusions (hacking) by third parties or the spread of unknown malicious code, which occur despite the Company complying with the security measures required by relevant laws, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

③ The Company is not liable for damages caused by the leakage of account information (passwords, etc.), negligent management of permissions, or mistaken deletion of data due to reasons attributable to the member.

④ The Company does not warrant or assume any liability for the legal compliance, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data and content stored, recorded, or transmitted by the Corporate Member through the Service.

10Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the courts located at the Company's registered address.
