• Default Lines, Approvers & Checkers: Pre-assigned 'Default Approval Lines' automatically load upon template selection. Lines consist of approvers (approve/reject), Accounting/Finance checkers, referrers, and viewers.
• Approval Form Management (Admin): Administrators can customize company form templates and auto-fill tags (Name, Dept, Date) under [Settings > Approval Form Management].
• Project Linking: Link approval documents to company projects for integrated tracking of project budgets, expenses, and task history.
• Comments & Attachments: Add comments, attach additional files within comments, and mention users during approval workflows.
• Viewer Access Control: Assign specific viewers during drafting or approval to control read permissions on confidential documents.
※ Electronic Approval is governed by Company Approval Regulations & Security Guidelines.
※ Under [Electronic Approval], you can draft documents, execute approvals/checks, link projects, write comments, and manage viewer access permissions.

• Modification upon Drafting: Drafters can add or modify approvers, agreers, or referrers before submission.
Approval Line Rules & Final Approver • Step Types: Approver (Approve/Reject), Agreer (Agreement), and Referrer (Reference step).
• Final Approver Rule: While intermediate steps can freely include agreements and references, the final step of the approval line must always be a regular 'Approver' (agreers or referrers cannot be the final approver).
• Line Reassignment: When modifying an approval line during an ongoing process, a pending final approver must be maintained to ensure proper completion.
Project Linking Project Link approval documents to relevant projects during drafting.
Linked documents are also accessible from the Project detail screen for budget and task tracking.
Checkers (Accounting / Finance) Accounting/Finance Administrators who verify accounting documentation, amounts, and receipts prior to execution.
